Ok….so I still feel like crap. I have had a mild fever for two days now. I went through an entire bag of cough drops to soothe my throat this morning. My body feels like a wet noodle, limp and no energy. I really didn’t have an appetite today but I ate like I had one. Well, at least I did at breakfast and dinner. I am going to pack my lunch tomorrow so I can get a better control over things. I am planning on doing the same for Friday. I am afraid that I have already ruined the good news that I wanted to share with you. I weighted myself on Sunday and I was at 170. This would be the lowest I have weighed in 5 years. This means that I have lost 22 pounds sense I started my diet. However, I am now back up to 173. I don’t know if this is just a normal/premenstrual weight fluctuation or if I have put the pounds back on. I drank a ton of water today trying to keep fluids in my system to get my health back on track and to try and keep my weight down.
So here are my goals for this week, or the remainder of the week: Take food for meals and snacks to work on Thursday and Friday, get adequate sleep, drink lots of water, take vitamins regularly, jump back on the work out band wagon.
